As a perfectionist, Angela is a highly motivated person who constantly urges herself and other to become better in practicing. Not only did the practice of yoga make Angela a more disciplined person, but she has also learnt to embrace her vulnerabilities and accept herself for who she is.
She hopes to help sports enthusiasts like her prevent sports injuries. Pilates changed her body and her mind. Rachel’s goal is to help more people build good health and body confidence. 健康的身体,是自由灵魂的基石.
As a sport enthusiast, she found great benefits to her own body while incorporating pilates work as a solid foundation. Jo took up her Mat Teacher’s Training in July 2021, and the rest is history. Her body is still a work in progress but today, she is excited to share the PBT value – move well to live well!
Alice is both a Pilates and Dance Teacher. She believes that being able to own your body’s full range of motion with strength and stability is something attainable for everyone, not just for the dancers whom she started off helping.
Abby is a Pilates teacher with an adventurous spirit and has a big appetite for different activities such as yoga, weight training, running, pole dancing etc. She felt a big difference when she first started practising Pilates. Her practice has helped her to perform better in the different array of sports and also reducing her chances of getting injured.
A dancer herself, Alycia started Pilates with the belief it is an effective body conditioning program that enhance the posture and body alignment. Pilates helped her to develop a strong core, gain muscular strength and flexibility to hone her skills in dance.
Coming from the corporate world, Adelind is all too familiar with how the body protests after each long and stressful work day and she looks forward to helping her clients work through those kinks to return their bodies to maximum function; pain free, of course.

Having experienced first-hand the positive impacts of Pilates in her personal pursuits in sports and ballet, Dorcas finds no greater joy than to share her knowledge and passion with individuals who are seeking to enhance their quality of movement; and improve their athletic performance. She is firm and exacting when necessary, but compassionate and approachable always.
With a bubbly and lively personality, Enda connects with people easily and brings a lot of laughter to people she teaches. She loves working with runners and want to use her personal experiences with knee injury to help runners prevent injuries and improve running performance.
Eve’s dance background has made her believe that precision brings about better quality in movement. This philosophy of teaching has helped Eve’s students to experience results in their performance and she looks forward to sharing her knowledge of the work and joy in movement with more people!
In 2009, she started practicing Pilates to complement her yoga practice. She completed a Pilates matwork course with iPilates in 2010 to gain deeper understanding. However, a busy schedule led her Pilates practice to pause for nearly two years, when she accumulated various injuries from her body’s physical imbalances which she never experienced before. Since then, Pilates has become an integral part of her lifestyle, alongside yoga and rock climbing.
Tim is a highly organised and interactive teacher. He values the balance between strength and mobility in his exercise programming and strives to help his students achieve these so that they can enjoy the activities that they love to the fullest.

Co-founder of Pilates BodyTree. Kris specializes in working with women in their 30s and 40s who balance family and career to maintain their energy levels and mobility fitness so that they shine at work and at home and enjoy balanced and meaningful lives.
Louisa took up Pilates Matwork teacher training in year 2005 to strengthen her core, to help her in ballet. Through her journey with Pilates, Louisa discovered tremendous improvement in core strength with a supple body. Having experienced the benefits of Pilates, as well as the improved mind-body awareness and alignment, Louisa was inspired to commit teaching Pilates fully.
Through her journey to being a certified Pilates teacher, Lydia is inspired to teach dancers and non dancers, share the benefits of pilates and aspires to show her students that pilates is not just a form of exercise but a lifestyle.
Peishan is especially passionate about teaching women between their 20s to 40s who may be bendy but lack control and strength – an imbalance that, if left unchecked, could lead to pain and injury. Her instructions are intuitive yet precise, guiding students to be increasingly body-aware.
Priscilla’s keen interest and knowledge in the human anatomy ultimately forms the fundamental framework of her classes. Having personally encountered injuries, she puts her 100% focus on her students to ensure correct movements so as to avoid injuries and improve overall strength and flexibility.
Ping also loves to work with the younger generation as she strongly believes that young children these days are not moving enough. She feels they need to move more so that they can be stronger, keep their minds and body more alert and be able to let their young bodies feel young.
The rigours of ballet training and rehearsals led to injuries that forced Tabitha to place her dancing days on hold. A chance opportunity led her on a path of rehabilitation with pilates. Now as a Pilates instructor, she is passionate about working with both dancers and non-dancers to realise their movement potential, and discover the joys of having the freedom to move.
Vera’s ambition is to never stop learning, so as to experience and create enduring change. As a movement teacher, her goal is to improve her students’ body awareness and to help them be precise in their actions – to have control over their muscles and to train for efficient movement.
