Vera Chung

Vera’s ambition is to never stop learning, both in her own body and through her students. Pilates opened her world and gave her the confidence to explore everything from rock climbing to longboarding and boxing. Now, she loves helping people who feel stiff or disconnected from their bodies do the same.

She believes in building flexibility and strength in a sustainable way, helping her students feel stronger and more connected. Her style is clear, direct and especially helpful for those who want straightforward guidance.

Vera believes movement confidence comes from knowing your body better. She has worked with people dealing with pain in the feet, knees, hips, lower back, shoulders and neck, and she’s excited to help you move with less fear, less pain, and more ease.
