Vivian Fong

Since stepping into her first yoga class at 18 years old, Vivian began a thorough exploration into the fitness and wellness industry. Seeing her own journey unfold, she was inspired to take up certifications in various fields such as Personal Training, Holistic Nutrition, Yoga and most recently, Pilates. Shortly after graduating university, she started her teaching and coaching career in yoga and personal training, and as of 2025, she is Pilates Bodytree’s newest (and youngest!) teacher.

Grounding and nurturing in personality, Vivian understands that fitness, health and wellness look and feel different for everyone. From working with individuals of all ages, and varying movement backgrounds, she aims to use her knowledge to educate others about their body. Her past experience includes training beginners, primarily women, to get a better sense of the movement space, as well as helping them feel confident in their movements. She strongly believes that laying out the foundations and honing into basics movements will lay out one’s path to progression and growth.

Going through the ups and downs of her own movement journey, Vivian believes that fitness and wellness is about loving the process, while staying compassionate and kind towards your mind and body. She chose to dive into the Pilates industry because of the benefits reaped through her own practice, but also because she knows how important movement is from a longevity perspective and believes that pilates is a great holistic practice. She is inspired by the knowledge shared by her own mentors and teachers in the space, as well as the diversity of her clientele and the various journeys they’ve been on.
