Nikki is dedicated to helping her clients move better and feel stronger. Her journey to becoming a Pilates Teacher began after a decade in the corporate world, where long hours of sitting led to persistent lower back pain. Seeking a solution, she discovered Pilates and was amazed by its ability to foster a profound mind-body connection, alleviate her back pain, and improve her posture. This transformative experience inspired her to pursue her passion for helping others discover the incredible benefits of Pilates.
Nikki’s teaching style is rooted in patience and a gentle, personalized approach. She believes in understanding each client's unique needs and creating a supportive environment where they can safely explore their bodies and build strength. Drawing from her own journey of overcoming body imbalances, she is dedicated to continuous learning and exploring the most effective techniques to help her clients achieve their goals.
Nikki is happy to welcome clients from all walks of life, whether they are just starting their mobility journey, looking to complement their sports routine, recovering from an injury, or preparing for or recovering from childbirth.
