Regain Confidence in a Body That’s Healing

Recover, Strengthen, and Get Back to What You Love

Designed for those managing injury, recovering post-rehab, or working in tandem with a physiotherapist.

Whether you’re recovering from a recent injury, living with chronic pain, or just getting back on your feet after surgery, PRPT is here to bridge the gap between rehab and full-strength movement.

Our teachers work closely with you to prioritise pain management, movement safety, and progressive recovery, while still delivering real results.

What can I expect from Personalised Rehab Pilates Training?

Before your session, we’ll ask for any relevant medical reports, scans, or referrals from your Physiotherapist, Osteopath, or Chiropractor. This helps your teacher prepare with a clear understanding of your condition.

How Rehab PT will help:

1. We make your rehab relevant.
Your program is tailored based on your current needs—not just a textbook diagnosis. We take into account how you respond to movement. Two people with the same scan results can move very differently. What matters is choosing the right exercises, then modifying and progressing them to fit your recovery journey.

2. We help you become more effective.

Rehab isn’t one-size-fits-all. As you improve, exercises that used to work might no longer be useful—or might even reinforce compensation. Our teachers know how to progress you, because they’ve worked with clients from day one all the way to advanced levels.
Example: If a hamstring stretch doesn’t seem effective, we can teach you 10 other ways to get the result you need.

3. We help you regain confidence.

A major reason people don’t benefit from rehab? They don’t feel the exercise working or know what it’s supposed to do. Our job is to help you feel the right muscles working, avoid compensation, and understand why each movement matters. That way, you can do your home program with confidence and stay pain-free in the long run.

Frequently asked questions

Can I do Rehab Pilates even if I’m already seeing a Physiotherapist or Osteopath?

Yes! We work closely with your existing rehab plan, helping you get more out of it with better movement clarity, strength progression, and daily practice.

In fact, some of our teachers have had long email exchanges with their students’ osteopaths and physiotherapists, creating a cohesive partnership in which our clients and students get the best treatment and care in their sessions.

This combination means that both diagnosis and treatment of any pain and injury of our students gets to be very thorough. And it ensures that you have a good support system to help maintain a healthy, active body.

What’s the difference between Rehab Pilates and regular Pilates?

Rehab PT is focused on managing pain, rebuilding movement, and restoring function—especially after injury or during rehab. Your session will be more detailed, safety-conscious, and clinically informed.

Can my Pilates teacher connect with my Physiotherapist or Osteopath?

Yes, our teachers would be happy to if you let your Physiotherapist or Osteopath know – and if they are open to it!

In any case, before your session, we’ll ask for any relevant medical reports, scans, or referrals from your Physiotherapist, Osteopath, or Chiropractor. This helps your teacher prepare with a clear understanding of your condition.

How many sessions do I need?

How fast you see results depends on:
✔ Consistency: Even one class per week helps if done regularly, though 2-3x/week is ideal for faster progress.
✔ Lifestyle: An active routine and balanced diet enhance your Pilates benefits.
✔ Your starting point: Existing injuries or mobility challenges may adjust your timeline.

The key is to be consistent. Frequent self-practice will help your body absorb and retain what you learn.

Our suggestion is to give yourself 10 sessions to see the difference.

Can this be covered under insurance?

We do not have direct insurance coverage but if you come referred by one of our physiotherapist partners, you will be able to do claims through them.
