Abby Lee

Abby has been passionate about movement for over 10 years, with a background in weight training, running, yoga, pole dance, and more. After a car accident in her youth left her with years of back discomfort, she finally found lasting relief through Pilates. Experiencing how it improved her strength, mobility, and resilience, Abby became committed to sharing these benefits with others.

Abby focuses on building core strength, improving alignment, and developing body awareness in a supportive and encouraging way. She believes movement should feel empowering, not intimidating, and adapts her approach to each individual’s needs and pace. Her classes aim to enhance mobility, prevent injuries, and help people feel more capable in both sports and daily life.

Abby’s mantra is: “Be patient. We only have one body, and it deserves to be treated with care so it can carry us through the people and activities we love.” She is inspired by helping her students experience a pain-free, stronger, and more confident body — one that supports them in living a full and active life.
