Synonymous with group Pilates classes, Matwork is an unmistakable component in one’s journey to build your moving strength.

With an emphasis on correct alignment, symmetrical musculature, precise initiation and spinal articulation, you will develop a sense of connection and awareness of your own bodies.

Movements will be modified to suit and challenge clients of all levels.
